Eric MorrisonVice President, Journeyman Apprentice ![]() Eric was raised on a farm in rural Iowa. After graduating high school in 93 he set out for college. He studied at the University of Iowa on and off for many years. In 2001 Eric moved to Eugene, OR to study energy management from Lane Community College. In his second year of the program a new opportunity was presented in the form of a renewable technology degree. His passion for renewable energy being the impetus for going into energy management in the first place, he switched over to this new program. Through this program he met Vince McClellan who was teaching the solar design and installation class and was offered an internship with Energy Design. This proved to be a well suited match for both parties and he has since stayed on and expanded his role in the company. Eric is in the final stages of Oregon's journeyman electrical program. Currently his duties include field installation, design services, computer assisted drafting, administration, and client relations.
